In some more exciting news this week, Highfield Care Home is a finalist in this year’s @HCprop #HealthcareDesignAwards! The 65-bed home in Tadcaster, delivered by Clegg in partnership with client, @Barchester_care, has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Exterior Design’ category.

It’s been a year since we topped out @ Spinners Yard, a @HomesRise #BuildToRent scheme that will provide 185 apartments in Leeds. 365 days later, our fab delivery team is making the finishing touches to the apartments, commissioning the building systems, & preparing for handover!

1 year on, it’s wonderful to see how far this purpose-built #StudentAccommodation project has come, with the final bathroom pod delivered & lifted into the building just this week. 🏗️

A @WestNotts T-level student has joined the team managing the delivery of the college’s new skills hub for hands-on work experience! 👷‍♂️

Archie M. is spending 1 day a week on the site of the hub, which is currently being built by Clegg.

The Fabric Works in Leeds welcomed 2 visits from @WeAre_LCB students over the past fortnight. Visitors joined site manager Beth on an interactive tour around this progressing student accommodation scheme, which will provide 420 purpose-built studios in the city's Mabgate area.
