Today, we discussed the development of a menopause policy at school. There was a definite sense of relief and acceptance in the room. Our team is 90% female. Can’t believe it’s taken this long… if anyone has a policy they’re happy to share, please do! @Headteacherchat

@BenyohaiPhysics @MsClaireHanlon Surely this is an additional argument for consistency: a student who requests extra help can receive it from any teacher available, not necessarily 'their' teacher. Access to additional support must be equitable, surely? Do your schools run lunchtime clinics etc?

Really disappointing news. After everything students have been through over last few years, this could have been a real opportunity for positive change at a time when 'upheaval' would never have been easier. Yet again let down by EduSec #edutwitter
