Robbie expected her to leave.
Instead, Jessica stood outside the door in silence.
Then she said something that made his blood run cold:
“I know what you’re hiding.”
Robbie opened the door again.
“What exactly did you see?”
Jessica smiled.
“Not what you think.”
Déjà Vu had me hooked from the start. It’s one of those movies that makes you question what you’re seeing while slowly pulling you deeper into the mystery.
Denzel Washington brings that serious, focused energy, and the mix of crime, action, technology, and time travel keeps things interesting. What really stuck with me is the idea of trying to change something that has already happened.
That concept alone had me thinking about the movie long after it ended.
If you could go back and change ONE moment in your life, would you?
My late sister left me everything in her will, and now my mother is furious because my step and half-siblings received nothing.
I'm 21F, and my sister was only 24 when she passed away earlier this year.
We lost our dad when I was young. A few years later, Mom remarried, bringing step-siblings into our lives. She eventually had two more children with our stepfather.
Our family was always divided into little groups. My sister and I were especially close, but Mom hated that we didn't see our new siblings the same way she did.
She tried forcing us to bond, even putting away our dad's belongings and making it difficult for us to spend time together
THE DOOR WASN’T SUPPOSED TO OPEN
Jessica knocked twice.
No answer.
She slowly opened the door—and immediately froze.
Robbie looked terrified.
“Close the door.”
Jessica did.
But what she had just seen was something she knew she could never unsee.
Ya Allah, we seek Your forgiveness for every mistake we have made knowingly & unknowingly. We say Astaghfirullah with sincere hearts. Clean our hearts, forgive our sins & give us another chance to become better.
Aameen Ya Allah 🤲🏽📿
Sometimes we really are the problem. Your man asks you to stop shaking your assss online and showing your tummy to the world, and suddenly he’s "controlling."
Be honest, is that controlling or just a reasonable boundary?
Not every day needs a big plan.
Sometimes the goal is simply to get up, handle what is in front of you, make one good decision, and go to bed knowing you didn't give up on yourself.
That's progress too.
Happy Tuesday ☺️
I remember watching Casino Royale and thinking, “Okay… this is a completely different James Bond.
Daniel Craig brought a much rougher, more human side to Bond. He wasn’t just the perfectly dressed guy with a clever line and a gadget for everything you could actually feel the pressure behind the character.
The poker game, the action, the betrayals, the tension… everything felt like it had real weight. And that opening chase alone told me this Bond was going to be different.
For me, Casino Royale is the kind of movie that doesn’t need to constantly remind you that it’s a Bond film. It just gets on with it and lets the character prove himself.
What was your first reaction when Daniel Craig became Bond?
There are some questions you don’t ask anyone you’re hoping life itself will eventually give you answers.question you wish life would finally answer for you?
