@seahorse237 @IcelandFoods Contact the financial ombudsman if you’re being refused a refund, I’m doing the same after receiving defrosted food, customer service told me I wasn’t eligible for redelivery or a refund, and to ‘refreeze it’ 🫠
You could even receive a few hundred quid in compensation!

Very quick to respond when I’ve left reviews on trustpilot, but then complete radio silence when I’ve contacted them through the email address given. You guys aren’t getting a single penny out of me until this is sorted, why should I pay when the breach of contract is your end?

So @iD_Mobile_UK have sent me a lovely threatening letter today, about the £50 bill I owe from last month. I finally cancelled my direct debit with my bank after months of being ignored by ID after I reported my phone stolen almost A YEAR AGO!! Because of ID not cancelling my sim

and ignoring my request for them to send a new one out, my insurance claim for a new phone was denied. Isn’t ignoring this request a complete breach of contract? Up until a couple of weeks ago I was paying £48.09 a month for an iPhone 15 and sim I haven’t had since last October.

@rebmasel Forgot to add, he’s 6 foot 5 with a shaved head and tattoos, which is why he was so blown away by my bringing him flowers on our first date because he said everyone judged him as someone who would never appreciate them, on anniversaries I always make sure to get a lovely bunch 💐

@rebmasel both turned up with flowers to our date. He absolutely loved the flowers I got, I only knew him as a doorman at work before dating, but he was actually a florist as his weekday job! 9 years later, we have 2 beautiful daughters (1 and 5) and we still buy flowers for each other 🥰

@Ryanair Do you guys offer a price drop guarantee? I was offered a discount when booking flights but it never went on, but as I’d already booked accommodation I had to continue with the flights as full price. I’ve just had an email to say the price of my flights has dropped by £300!!
