@chateauxwindy@ukgolfguy Depends on circumstances, I personally wouldn’t class £300 a small fortune. Especially if I was spending the day at one of the best golf courses in the world.
@andythecaddie Hi Andy, no we don’t need planning permission to dig the ditches on private property. Plus they’re mainly pre-existing ditches that have been either filled in or left unmaintained over a number of years. And any new ditches dug do not affect any outside watercourses.
First job complete for the new V bucket, creating open ditches around the wettest holes. Over 400yds dug out so far, numerous drains uncovered and it’s already filling with water. On top of this we now have three new channels to run our new mole plough into this autumn.
@l8ney Just ask yourself two questions. 1) where did they get the shovels from? 2) why is that the only patch of snow left? Obviously it was a bit arranged with the club for telly
@c86low Same here, was dreading walking around yesterday morning but only three decent sized ones dropped. One more overnight last night but overall it could’ve been at lot worse!
Greens renovations today with @KenSiems and his DryJect machines. Such an amazing piece of kit that I’d recommend anyone to try out. 30t of sand blasted straight into the profile. Even with 20mm of rain this week and more during the day the finish was top notch 👌
