@Chase You say from 1st June we can earn 2% cashback on transactions such as restaurants.
I go to a restaurant, pay for a group lunch.
You then tell me that the 2% cashback starts on 1st July.
You also tell me the restaurant wasn't a restaurant.
What are we meant to think?

@FitbitSupport the app is not syncing! I've tried turning BlueTooth off and on, rebooting my watch, rebooting my phone, updating the app, and finally uninstalling and reinstalling the app and now I cannot sign in at all! Please fix ASAP. I don't think it's just me! #FitbitDown
@AirCanada AND to add insult to injury, when we called up the UK helpline, the agent on the phone just offered to book the flights for us over the phone, and did not care at all that his prices over the phone were over £60 higher for us! Just kept saying "prices change" 😡

@Vitality_UK I've tried the WhatsApp support but when I eventually got a response from a person they did not properly read the information I provided or the evidence I gave and they replied with completely unhelpful nonsense
@Vitality_UK Hello I tried to use my vitality coffee voucher today after picking it as my reward and getting the email through saying I had the voucher, but when I'd ordered my coffee it did not appear in app so I had to pay so not to hold the queue up 😞 any chance of a refund??
@nextofficial help! I just got a refundcard as I had to return a gift that was the wrong size. I asked the checkout lady if it could be used online and she said YES but she was lying and I can't use it online. I never find my size in store so I need to be able to use it online

@EAHelp How do I make the ea desktop app on Windows remember me? Every time I restart my pc, I need to re enter my details, even tho I tick the box that says keep me signed in. It's stopping me launching my games quickly and preventing me from playing the games I own offline.
