@seetickets I wanted to buy an additional ticket. You said buy a new set of 3 and request a refund for original 2. So clunky. I’ve done that, still waiting for refund….customer service is rubbish

@chrisgrierson Completely agree. Went as a child, saw a horse fall, break its leg, then be shot on the course. No doubt the trainers care for them, but it’s big business so that’s always gonna be more important than the animal.
