@turiyatman We have a similar system at my company. I work at an Indian travel tech start up. Our appraisal is pegged to the company's overall gross margin target. Everyone works towards a common goal. 0 politics. We have a very flat hierarchy. So that helps as well.
@WasimJaffer14 Agreed, but the loss against RR wasn't just about Salt. Our batters didn't target the right bowlers. It was clear that Bishnoi was the most dangerous out of all the bowlers but they all tried to take him on. We were 20-30 runs short of a defendable total.
Today I found my first use case for @Arattai
Using it to video call and message people travelling to countries where whatsapp is banned.
eg: Egypt, Iran, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Cuba, China

@AITCofficial I feel really bad for the organisers. They're being used as a scapegoat when it's clear that corrupt TMC politicians used their power to arm-twist the organisers into providing them with unfettered access to Messi.
@SudhanidhiB Honestly feel bad for the organisers of the event. It's quite clear that TMC politicians took things into their own hands and showed absolutely no sympathy towards the fans.
