Presentamos a Marcos @MarcosExps , nuestro Head Coach👨🏫.

Addiction vs Professionalism
When you're grinding 12 hours a day, studying the game, and putting in all that effort without any income or recognition, it's easy for others to see you as an addict or someone wasting their life.
But as soon as you sign a contract, start getting paid, or have any form of revenue, suddenly you're labeled an athlete or professional.
What struck me as strange was that I was the exact same person before and after the paycheck, only the external perception changed.
Maybe the way you're practicing is unhealthy. Maybe you are addicted to the game, and just because you're getting paid now, it's socially accepted. The point is, it's the INDIVIDUAL's responsibility to ensure and avoid operating in an addicted fashion.
It's very easy to get addicted to SoloQ. Neglecting the hard (boring/unstimulating) work like studying, reviewing games, VOD reviewing, and tracking your data is a key indicator that you may be playing to remove a craving rather than maximising performance.
That's what separates professionals from addicts.
A reminder for the new season grind, quality > quantity.

Bienvenido a casa, Marcos @MarcosExps .

Faker's hand CAM!! He shows Ambessa Jungle clears the jungle very fast
So Peanut wasn't lying when he said that Faker's ambessa cleared the jungle very fast🙂↕️
one day you'll stop playing league for the last time.
you won't know it's your last game.
you'll just... stop logging in. life happens. you move on.
and somewhere in the back of your mind, you'll wonder.
what rank could i have hit if i actually tried?
not the "i play for fun" cope.
not the "i could hit diamond if i grinded" delusion you tell yourself.
actually tried. actually learned. actually treated the game like it could give you something back.
you'll think about the version of you that didn't ff at 15 mentally.
the one who watched his VODs.
the one who stuck with one champion until he mastered it.
you'll think about the duo you never found because you gave up on people after one bad game.
the guy you removed after a loss streak who could've been your best friend.
the girl you stopped queuing with who could've been something more.
some people meet their lifelong friends through this game.
their business partners. their wives.
you'll never know what was on the other side of the games you didn't queue.
the rank you didn't push for.
the people you didn't give a second chance.
every dodge.
every "i'm not feeling it tonight"
every "my team is uncarriable" was a choice.
and choices add up.
you're writing that story right now.
with every game you don't review.
every excuse you make.
every duo you discard.
make sure it's a story you can live with.
study the Saskio way
