It doesn't do anything to prevent ballot dumps by private couriers at 3am in the morning.

If this is all true, and with all the dots being connected since 2020, it seems more likely than ever, this becomes more than just a local US conspiracy. We've since heard about the connections to Venezuela, Serbia, China, Iran, and now Italy. This, obviously involves an elite group much higher than just Obama at the top.
