My wife appears to be getting good care in the ICU from trained & friendly people.

However, you rolled out a new after 8pm visitation policy today & informed security & printed a cheap sign and taped it on a window. 1/

In order to assist me they want me to type that in again by hand.

You didn't inform the ICU however & they were confused & overwhelmed with calls. Hopefully patient safety didn't suffer. Very poor roll-out of a new policy.
