@kangombe_Chris ZESCO needs total reorganisation. Their excuse is still the need to charge "cost reflective rates" a song we have been sold. Nothing changes for as long as it remains in its current form. Costs will be shoved on us as it is the easiest thing to do when an entity lacks creativity.
