Marisa feels angry that those who are creating the problem can afford to mask it for themselves for however long they may please, while the problems they are creating are personal to everyone else.

Climate change is personal to everyone who can't afford to escape it, to people whose communities have been invaded by the oil and gas industry, to people whose homes are at risk of burning down or being flooded.
