Defending climate science. Optimistic, but realistic. Not a climate scientist, but deeply in awe of those who are. Renewable energy supporter. Born @ 317 ppm.
In addition to the 8.7m people killed every year by burning fossil fuels, the record heat waves are causing even more deaths.
Stop burning fossil fuels!

@KnucklesNp26684 So, still no evidence.
All you are doing is waving around your feelings and prejudices.
It may make you feel good in an intellectually onanistic way, but you are not convincing any rational adult with that load of bigotry.
@KnucklesNp26684 I repeat, you have no evidence.
Sharing your prejudices is hardly convincing. If you want to change my mind - or anyone else's - you'll have to do a lot better than that.
@KnucklesNp26684 Sigh.
I already agreed with that.
It was the follow-on comment you made that I wanted evidence for and predictably, you have provided nothing.
Good to see solar driving to a new record high for renewables in Australia - albeit for a 30 minute period.
But that is how records fall, one at a time. There will be plenty more to come.

@KnucklesNp26684 And yet you can't produce any evidence other than leaning on the most corrupt administration that has ever existed in the USA.
Poor little you.
@Soubriquet_ Civilisation developed on the back of burning fossil fuels. We didn't have other options. Then we invented nuclear - much better - and now we have renewables that are cleaner, cheaper and just as reliable.
You need to do the reading, dear.
@TomatoesGrilled Don't be stupid.
We have learned to create energy without burning things. It's much more sensible because it doesn't waste 2/3 of the energy.
@Soubriquet_ I suggest you learn something about science, before you make such risible suggestions.
A schoolchild would not put forward something that dumb.
@dafalgoutDennis@drolkrad_ehT If you want to avoid character assassinations then provide evidence - from good sources - to support these claims. A blog by deniers is not a good source.
@KnucklesNp26684 You are accurate in your first observation and completely insane in your second.
You can find good quality evidence for the first and none for the second.
@dafalgoutDennis@drolkrad_ehT I have every interest in open debate, but that doesn't mean that I will respect you sharing your prejudices as fact.
If you make a reasoned argument using quality evidence, then I will take it seriously.
I don't hold out much hope, though.
