It’s not just you.
We’re walking into a time of meaninglessness.
You’ve probably noticed it.
Holidays don’t hit the same anymore.
Weekends are just for sleeping.
School trips are about money now, not adventure for the kids.
Cars, phones, accessories — all of them break down in a few years. Nothing has a story anymore. Nothing lasts.
Families are shrinking.
The gap between your youngest and second youngest keeps getting wider. Some homes now have 15 years between kids.
This is what happens when capitalism crawls into every corner of life.
Every social gathering. Every relationship. Every commitment.
Did you know you now need money to be a good child to your parents?
It boggles the mind.
Winter is coming.
The night will be cold and long.
Please don't ask for Uber money to the initial dates if you're anything above 28. Or to be picked up. It's a total turn off. Get other cheaper means or get your priorities straight. You can't be 35 asking for Uber money, man. It smacks lunacy. And an egregious lack of seriousness.
I would sooner you postponed the date until such a time you can afford an Uber, if you must use it. There are buses. There are motorcycles. Find your way to the date if it's really a date you seek. I don't want to get you an Uber, not because I can't but because I do not wish to validate that kind of irresponsibility in an adult.
Damn, the twins @PeterPsquare and @rudeboypsquare are always going back and forth 9 years later,it really tells you how greed, family conflicts etc can really prevent development of something big.
