@RickPalaciosJr It’s not clear whether it’s better to buy in markets at the top of the list or bottom of the list. Strong markets are strong for a reason and vice versa.
Westfield, Indiana is building a tunnel under 161 St. for the Monon Trail. I love the way our Hamilton County communities have grade separated this busy trail at key arterial streets. It's safer and much more pleasant.
@LoganMohtashami We are a higher priced builder and don’t normally sell to many first time buyers. This year we have sold more than ever to younger first time buyers! It’s a strong market, at least in the Midwest.
America's biggest migration winners in 2026 are not what you think.
It's not Florida.
It's not Tennessee.
It's not Arizona.
Instead, it's affordable in Midwest markets like Indianapolis, Columbus, Louisville, and Minneapolis.
They're topping of the table of BofAs Q1 2026 migration report.
These previously low-growth markets are now significantly outpacing the Sun Belt boomtowns in terms of net people moving in.
Americans are no longer moving because of the weather, or because of vibes. Instead, they're moving closer to home and where there is true affordability.
Real estate investors and home builders should take note. These migration trends are likely to persist for the next several years and will reshape home price and rent growth going forward.

Not official Census data, but the Bank of America’s recently estimated Indianapolis and Salt Lake City are the fastest-growing US metros over the last 6 months. DC, LA, and Memphis shrank.

"The pattern is clear: the Midwest is punching above its weight, with places like Indianapolis & Columbus seeing strong inflows" [Bank of America Institute] https://t.co/I72T5U8KBO
The Rosenqvist/Malukas onboards synched up with @IndycarRadio.
Because you’ve already watched the last lap 500 times this week. Why not make it 501?

Six guitar strings. Six pillars of a life.
Faith. Family. Spouse. Ambition. Community. You.
Tune them when you’re whole, not just when you’re broken.
Watch the whole thing.
@seandsweeney Most cities/states have people who think it’s great and others who think it’s terrible. The former stay, the latter move or never go there in the first place. It’s pretty simple.
@getnickwright Here is what I don’t understand. In the late 80’s, Jordan’s career was just taking off, and Magic/Bird had solidified themselves, I always heard Oscar was the best ever and then you had the others. Maybe Jordan would surpass him. Now Oscar isn’t even in the conversation?
