Keir Starmer could have ended child poverty, homelessness and the grotesque levels of inequality in this country.
Instead, he abandoned those in need, destroyed our civil liberties and facilitated genocide in Gaza.
That is how this Prime Minister will be remembered - and that is the legacy of moral and political bankruptcy he leaves behind.
The crises in our society are not going away. Neither are we - and we will keep fighting for a more equal, peaceful and dignified society for all.
Reposting for Sevan , a great guy who used to work with us at #springwatch . He’s living with C-PTSD after his military service , and has been told by doctors he'll live with it forever .
He’s trying to access treatment that could help , any support would be hugely appreciated https://t.co/T0xRzpJRWy

Happy birthday Jeremy Corbyn. You have been the most influential and inspiring politician in my lifetime since I heard you speak so passionately and convincingly at the great anti-war march and assembly in London on 15th February 2003. Your determination to keep going in the face of so much adversity is truly inspiring. Always on the side of those disadvantaged and dispossessed, those who believe a better world is possible. Hope you enjoy your special day. 🎈🕊️🌹🌻⭐️🥂
The BIG Truro Market, cohosted by @TruroFarmersMkt
& Cornwall Shop Small returns to Lemon Quay on Sat 9 May, 9am-4pm, with c.60 stalls. We support Cornwall Shop Small by making a small contribution to their operating costs, as markets generate extra customer footfall to Truro.
Thank you to the group of volunteers, including local resident Paul Caruana, who have been continuing to remove grafitti in areas of the city, including over the walls of 108 Kewnyn St. To join the volunteer group to do some painting, email Paul Caruana on: [email protected]

@DavidTaylor85 Do you ever talk to Nick Ferrari on LBC? He used to literally work for Press TV (as opposed to being an occasional guest). It's been deleted from his Wiki page now though, iirc. Ask him next time you talk to him.

How can anyone not know that the US started the Ukraine proxy war? There's a 2014 audio recording of Victoria Nuland choosing the next leader, a 2016 video of Lindsey Graham preparing soldiers for war, the 2019 Rand Report & this 22/1/22 RR all BEFORE the "unprovoked" invasion👇
You're right.
Govt are about to hand £11,000,000 over to environment charities. If those charities knew what they were doing they would use the money to fund legal actions against every single water company in the country but they won't they use it for so called "river restorations".
More than 2,500 people have now signed a petition opposing plans to remove the long‑standing harbour bus stop in Mousehole.
From today, buses will no longer stop by the harbour as part of wider route changes across Cornwall. Full story here: https://t.co/7BMpWASFWt
How would you like to commemorate Scillonian III’s final season?
We’re creating a small collection: badges, magnets, keyrings, postcards, and clothing. What would you like to see in the 2026 onboard shop?
Your feedback will help shape these keepsakes.

Absolutely outrageous.
The EU will attend a meeting of an undemocratic body, consisting of multiple dictators, led by a criminal with its first agenda item to build condos on the graves of Palestinians.
Attending is giving it legitimacy.
How is this acceptable?
Navalny is buried in Moscow, yet the West claims to have body samples as if they just picked them up at the airport.
Without Russian permission, how exactly?
And if Russia did allow it, why would they hand over evidence that could supposedly expose them?
Now we’re fed some absurd story about an exotic Ecuadorian frog poison that only Russia magically “has” and used.
This isn’t investigation, it’s fantasy.
It sounds like a rushed script written by people too lazy to make their accusations coherent, hoping outrage replaces logic and nobody bothers asking how any of it is supposed to work.
