@BaptisteVicini The problem is Starlink Satellites have to be replaced every 5 years and cost users $200 monthly. Fiber will last double that min and have lower payments $80-120 monthly. Other broadband programs in the past have failed. BEAD wasn’t very well explained by Ezra.
