David Rivera was omni-present in Marco’s world. Was kept very low key and away from public view and out of staff’s view bc of the implications. But he was always there. This was a wild time - would be a great book for someone to write - Marco has always viewed Miami as the “gateway” to Central, Latin, and South America. Been interesting to watch this trial unfold.

One of my funniest David Rivera stories and there are several- he was trying to get tickets to the inauguration in 2017. He was discussing with Marco;Marco told him to coordinate with me and I would get him some good tickets 🤣. He told me Marco had told him he would have tickets on the platform with DJT. Guy was a smooth operator, but i think he ended up down the street a block or 2.

The AR redistricting process works just fine - it should be partisan and the make-up is appropriate - we shouldn’t go to some bullshit non-partisan board or committee just because we dont agree with who is elected. We want a different outcome - work to change the members.

Over the last eight days, the FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department have been working closely with our private sector partners to continue to recover any images or video footage from Nancy Guthrie’s home that may have been lost, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a variety of factors - including the removal of recording devices. The video was recovered from residual data located in backend systems.

Working with our partners - as of this morning, law enforcement has uncovered these previously inaccessible new images showing an armed individual appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie's front door the morning of her disappearance.
