This season is already turning into a nightmare with 2 teams in Sons XI FC and now Redhouse Sunday FC resigning due to shortage of players along with Walcot and Greyhound not yet affiliated which is one reason why fixtures cannot be scheduled. Also lost pitch at Pembroke Gardens.

Congratulations to FC Walcot who have clinched their first SSFL Division 1 title after defeating Highworth Town Sunday FC in a very close contest with the later finishing as runners-up. Hopefully FC Walcot will return next season to defend their crown.

The SSFL are looking for a good grass pitch in Wiltshire to host our 2 Cup Finals on Sunday 6th & 13th June 2021 with K/O at 10.30am. Teams in the cup finals would prefer to play on grass rather than 3G if possible. If you can host please contact Clive Archer 07905453640.

Congratulations to AFC Mannington who are the SSFL Division 2 champions, AFC Stratton who are Division 3 champions and Casuals FC who are Division 4 champions. Trophy’s and medals will be sorted soon. Well done to all teams involved. Division 1 still being contested.

The Swindon Sunday Football League clubs have voted to complete the current season along with the completion of the Knockout Cup and Chairman’s Trophy. Fixtures have been uploaded to Full-Time commencing on Sunday 4th April. Let’s hope Covid allows & weather stays good to finish.
