@kendoherty1997 No foul. It would only be a foul if the nominated ball ends up being the effective snookering ball on *ALL* balls on (reds). In his case it doesn’t.
@HolidayInn Disgraceful. Bar closed by 22:40 on a Friday eve and refused service. Last night same. Won’t be staying at Leamington Spa/Warwick again. As a Spire Elite member I expect better from the HI brand.
Just how hard is it to spend big money? I need a new phone. First went to Apple and they had sold their quota of iPhone 13s. Next O2: they couldn’t sell me a phone for cash. John Lewis: couldn’t even get the attention of an assistant so I walked out. Came home spending nothing.

@cp_reading Initial thought: ‘another nice CP hotel’ but what a sad end to a pretty awful day. I wanted to relax with a nice glass of wine. Impossible with 100+ drunken wedding guests making so much noise it’s given me a headache. One nearly fell on me! Another nicked my chair.
@IHGService Used that number. Was told the hotel was full (which website showed me direct). So much for 'guaranteed room availability'. Re-checked using a 3-night stay: lo & behold rooms are available. Book that & edit the stay back to 2 nights. Sorted. I repeat: what is the benefit of GRA?
@ihgrewardsclub Prey tell me, what exactly is the point of 'guaranteed room availability' with Platinum Ambassador status? Just tried booking for mid-July only to be told "they're fully booked". So, in fact, there isn't GRA!

@Morrisons Disaster at Yeovil today. Been sold out of date meal. screenwash which leaked everywhere and ruined bread, and a missing meal meaning no 3 for £6 discount. And they won't asnwer the phone! 15 miles is too far to return to complain.
