@NatWest_Help During the pandemic you did not put interest rates down on credit cards, but as soon as the rates started to rise you put those interest rates up. However your savings rates are still woeful - paying just 0.3% on your Cash ISA. BoE rates now 1.75%
@easyspace Your control panel seems to be down - no mention on the status page, which says all services running. Trying to contact support leads to the same 500 error that the control panel generates, and phones only answered Mon-Fri. Very poor that there is no status
@CocaCola_GB It's now been over a month since you said you've passed on the feedback to "the team". In that past month, it's become even clearer that new Coke Zero is a lost cause. When will we be getting the real Coke Zero back?
@CocaCola@scollins87avfc I have done that - but they just reply with a 'press release' about this being the best taste ever. IT is a bit ridiculous to send that message to someone that has just complained about it. What can we do to get this reversed and the old recipe reinstated?
@CocaCola_GB @bootednova So where can we find the decent old flavour? The new Coke Zeo is vile compared with the origianl. Who on earth thought it was a good idea to change somethign that was perfect?
@CocaCola_GB why oh why have Coca~Cola messed with an already perfect taste. Didn't they learn from the 80s fiasco of the New Taste...everyone hated it. Now, Coke Zero..I drink it all day every day, it's far superior to Diet but now ruined. Looks like it'll be Pepsi Max for now!
@CocaCola_GB@ShenanigenPlays It's more a mystery why you would change a perfect drink like the original Coke Zero for the new highly sweetened one that you are selling now. Awful flavour comp[ared with the previous one.
@CocaCola_GB @bootednova That's a great shame because the old Coke zero was perfect and didn't need this change. It is awful now - after taste, and overpowering sweetners. Why change something that was so good? Best coke ever? #No
@btbusinesscare PLease can you advise me how to make a formal complaint about BT Business services. I'd like to complain in a constructive way that can make a difference - not to someone that will placate me and then close the ticket - but someone that will make changes
@BTBusiness Great - but BT Business seems totally unable to get billing right. Impossible to get a department added to a billing address. Then you make me call an 0845 nymber at 5pm per minute - so I have to pay to talk to you about YOUR problem
@BTBusiness Why is it so hard for BT Business to get a bill right. Adding a departmnet to a billign address seems impossible 2 calls at over an hour each to try and you charge me 5p per min to call an 0845 to do it! You need to fix this ASAP
@cllr_alambritis Fully support you in the fly tipping issue you mentioned. Disgraceful people think it's Ok to do this. I see it a fair bit along Abbotsbury Road. I quickly report what I see via the Merton Website your team are first rate Stephen - always cleared in 24hrs
it is SES. Both companies keep closing the ticket and yet the water is still runnign and has been for weeks. Maybe you need to get Thames Water and an SES engineer there together and work on it and agree whose responsibility it is.
@SESWater There is a leak reported for the Morden (SM4 5JX) area corner of Abotsbury Road / Bury Grove. This is a repeat leak from last year. As it comes from a space close to a drain SES keep saying it's sewage water and it's Thames Water. Thames say it's clean water and
@vmbusinesshelp@vmbusiness Yes the issue is still ongoing for me. Marginal improvement on friday - but achieving around 10 Mb/s on a 500 Mb/s business service. I was told to expect an outage to fix this last night under reference C01110305, but saw no outage - so assume this work did not go ahead?
