Today we had the honor of putting the new Engine 7 in service.
The old truck pulled out of Station 7 for the last time. We pulled it around and sprayed off the new Engine 7. Mayor Pitts had the honor of pulling it in for the first time and now she is ready to respond.
8-15-2023 11:00 am:
Battalion 3 units from stations 1 and 8 are on the scene of a house fire at the 1800 block of Warren Dr.
Firefighters were able to keep the fire to the room of origin. The home has smoke damage throughout.
The homeowner escaped with minor injuries.
Sunday 1:58 am-
Battalion 3 Units from stations 10, 9, 8, & 1 are on the scene of a fire on Button Ct.
This is the same residence of a previous arson investigation.
The homeowner was not home at the time of the fire.
No injuries are reported and investigators are on the scene.
CFR investigators, with assistance from the CPD, are looking for information about a fire at 2323 Button Ct. that occurred at 12:40 am on June 28th.

Battalion 2 units from Stations 5, 6, & 1 are on the scene of a mobile home fire on Cedarcrest Dr.
Firefighters attacked the fire from the outside and quickly transitioned to the interior.
Fire is now under control. No injuries & fire is under investigation

Battalion 3 crews from Stations 5, 6, & 1 were dispatched to a house fire on the 700 block of Overton Dr.
The home owner & child discovered the fire in the kitchen coming from the kitchen and they exited the house.
The fire was quickly brought under control.
May 12, 2023 10:45 am- CFR units from Stations 12, 2, & 9 are on the scene of a vehicle fire on I-24 Eastbound at mm10.
An RV was towing a vehicle behind it and the engine of the RV caught on fire.
Two occupants were able to pull the vehicles over and safely exit the RV.

Battalion 3, District 1, Engine 1, Tower 1, Squad 1, Rescue 1, and Engine 8 are on the scene of a commercial structure fire on the 1300 block of College St.
The fire is under control.
No injuries are reported at the scene.
The fire is under investigation.
Recruit Class 01-23 is in week six of the Fire Academy. Today they participated in their first live burn in the Bearcat. All recruits did well in their training evolutions and are pumped to learn more about the fire service.

This morning, Clarksville Fire Rescue held a swearing-in ceremony for 13 new firefighters at the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center. Mayor Joe Pitts administered the oath to the new firefighters in front of family and friends.
Fire Chief Freddie Montgomery Jr. took Recruit Class 02-22 on his traditional ‘Chief’s Spirit Run’ to finish up the long night.

Battalion 3 crews are on the scene of a house fire on Hattington Dr. in North Clarksville.
Firefighters are working to extinguish the fire.
The family escaped the blaze without injury.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
