They should have kept the Acting Chief Executive in place until a permanent Chief Executive is appointed.

Proposals for 1,700 homes near new hospital, off Moss Lane in Leighton.
As a Leighton Parish Councillor I totally oppose this application.
It should be refused because it is in the open countryside and it is not allocated for housing in the Local Plan.
