In the original French tale of
La Belle au bois dormant, or The Sleeping Beauty, a fairy used her wand to put every living person and animal in the palace asleep, to awaken when the princess does so she wouldn’t be frightened when she woke! Now that’s a curse within a curse!

In one version of Little Red Riding Hood, the huntsman saved Red and her grandmother by disemboweling the wolf and placing rocks inside the wolf before sewing him back up. Needless to say the wolf didn’t float in the river in which he was thrown!

The Enchanted Forest is known in tales such as Snow White and in the film, Frozen 2. One of the closest scapes of land we can visit today that resemble this mystical land is in Dartmoor, Devon, England. It is called Wistman’s Wood.

The Legend of the Headless Horseman dates back to the Middle Ages. In the Irish folklore, he is known as The Dullahan, a headless, demonic fairy, usually riding a horse and carrying his head. He wields a whip made from a human corpse's spine. When he stops riding, a death occurs.

In the original script of Snow White, the evil Queen Grimhilde was the maternal mother of Snow White. At the age of only 7, she grew more fair than the wicked Queen. As the years passed, Grimhilde’s jealousy grew to the point she hired a huntsman to kill Snow.
