@VTechBabyUK absolutely disguised with your customer service! My Vtech baby monitor has broken after 2 months of use and now unless you have proof of purchase even after stating it was a gift you will not help!!!! Now I have no monitor to use with a 5 month old baby!.. awful!

I know more people are wfh etc but the customer service from @HotelChocolat has been disgraceful, a completely in edible Easter gift received on Good Friday and still waiting for it to be resolved. I loved HotelChocolat but seriously been put off with the service.
