@British_Airways Parents booked an Avios rewards flight (via partner JAL) from YVR - NRT - YVR. They were booked for the Princess Diamond cruise but has now been cancelled due to coronavirus. They want to come home ASAP but there are no flight options. Please help!

@British_Airways Yes they are in Yokohama. They have a reward flight booked for Feb 19 (JL0018 NRT-YVR) but want to change it to come back earlier. Please provide best communication channel as they only have access to WiFi at their hotel. Avios site showing no availability for all of February.
