I stand strongly with the idea that closing debate is a legitimate uniting floor strategy #neara22 but we don't need to change the rules to limit debate.

@SethSpurlock75 It really is a great starter strategy except when you don't find out you need to mobilize on the opposing side until too late and now you are buried on both sides of the argument. Then it is too late. We used all state delegate caucus positions for some of the strategies.
