Day 27: Still unable to submit EPFO Claim Form 10D.

@epforokandivali The same issue continues: ✅ "Beneficiary Details Updated Successfully"
But after closing the popup, it returns to the same page. When I click Service Details, it shows: ❌ "Please finalize previous step to proceed further."

Also, please don't respond with the standard template asking me to share my UAN via DM.
Kindly investigate the issue and provide a resolution instead of a generic reply, so that form 10D application can be submitted or letus know the offline process if any.

This was your previous reply, which has now been deleted.

Now I am being asked to register another grievance, while the EPFO portal itself is not functioning properly. Repeatedly redirecting members to a non-functional portal is not a resolution.

Please stop issuing template responses and address the actual portal issue and provide a concrete status on my pending pension application.

Hi @officialepfo @epfokandivaliw1 @epforokandivali , Please let me know if any further details are required from my side.

We had also submitted the offline Joint Declaration on 3rd February 2026. However, my father’s pension application is still not processed.

Earlier, we submitted Form 10D 3–4 times, but each claim was rejected stating that the EPS joining date was null/empty. The correct EPS joining date is available on the EPFO profile, but due to a technical issue, it was not being populated in Form 10D during submission.

Request the concerned office to kindly look into this issue and provide an update on the application.
