@PrizeSupport I’ve been in the support chat for hours waiting for a reply , several of my slips were incorrect saying it didn’t hit when it did. Can I get some assistance.

@ElisabethAshlei@nikestore@Nike I’m currently at work right now & we see the app is down & we just had some consumers try and return since the app is down , give your email to the cashiers and we can pull up your order history and return it that way. As long as it’s under 60 days you are good!
