@scout_aussie Currently there is a lot of challenge and very very little support in AL to navigate into the senior game, underneath the iceberg there is a lot of young people (and parent) suffering when promoted with no support. There is a need for an integrated holistic development model.

@scout_aussie High challenge can accelerate growth. But in youth football, challenge without support can just as easily damage confidence, wellbeing and long-term development. The sweet spot is high challenge + high support. Stretch players, yes, but scaffold them too. That’s how talent lasts.
