GAO has repeatedly flagged systemic weaknesses in fraud risk management for foreign assistance.

Comparing it to $400 screws is cute, but those were government contractor overcharges enabled by the same broken procurement system. Both sides have waste. One is forced on taxpayers with no real competition or bankuptcy risk. As for the usps miracle packages arriving is nice. The part you left out is that USPS has lost money every single year since 2007 over $100-118 billion cumulative runs multibillion annual deficits, sits on massive unfunded liabilities, and relies on legal monopolies.

Uh no, government always lowers quality lol Usually to save money. USAID proved to have massive waste spending, and fraud all controlled by democrats. Nothing is a right if it can be taken away. Even constitutions could be amended. The quicker you guys realize there are no human rights, just what humans allow, and force is all it comes down to.
