On Thursday, 7 May, Conservatives regained control of Westminster Council. We’re focused on delivering a stronger, safer, cleaner and better-run City. Thank you to everyone who voted and put their trust in us. We’ll repay that trust with hard work, visibility, and results.
Last week, Labour snuck out an announcement which will see funding for PE and sport in schools cut.
As thousands of pupils enjoy their annual sports day over the next few weeks, schools are now forced to begin rethinking how they will deliver sport and PE in the years ahead.
I have written to the Secretary of State to get some clarity 👇
Kemi is the most approved of political leader.
Might explain some of the desperate smears seen ydy.
The truth is nobody in British politics has done more to fight critical race theory than Kemi.
She was fighting it back when it was hard and unpopular and everybody knows it.
The Labour Government's policies are costing Westminster residents £100 million.
That's £100 million that could be spent on our streets, our services, and our communities — and Westminster's Conservative-led Council is holding them to account.

It’s appalling to see people like Jenrick & Braverman - both of whom are intelligent and know Kemi very well- actively lying about what Kemi said.
They know she has been rock solid on identity politics forever. They have seen the full quote from which this nonsense has been extracted and warped. They know this attack is based on something that is not only wrong, it is the opposite of the truth.
They insult their members, who they presumably think aren’t capable of spotting the obvious lie. And they position Reform as just another grubby grasping lying political entity.
They should retract and apologise
The negative impact of these on everyone else who lives, works and visits the West End is seen everyday in issues from rubbish collections to not enough families with kids living here to keep schools open.
Strong action is needed and this is a great start.
For those wondering why Reform are becoming increasingly desperate in their misleading attacks on Kemi.
Kemi is by far the most popular UK leader and with good reason.
Group-based grievance politics is a road to disaster.
Kemi Badenoch has known this, and had the courage to say it aloud, for years.
Even when it was hard. Even when it was unfashionable. Even when she was attacked for it.
She was right then, and she’s right now.
Every life matters.
One law. One standard. For everyone.
This is about justice, for Henry, for his family and for all our children. They deserve better.
It's critical that Westminster's streets aren't clogged with dockless bikes. Following feedback from residents & businesses we've removed the virtual dockless bike bay on Agar Street which had become a focus for antisocial behaviour & rough sleeper litter. More action to follow!
The abuse of short term flats rentals is out of control in the West End. I've called on the major operators to take action to control the market & ensure council flats aren't let out. Pleased to say @Airbnb_uk have been in touch & keen to work with us.

Great to visit Beechcroft care home in Shirland Road @CityWestminster with Cllr David Harvey. Lovely atmosphere and activities for the elderly residents. Working hard to make sure we have the best facilities for all our vulnerable residents. #community
Badenoch moves to her highest approval of her time as LOTO on -4 with the biggest gap between her and other leaders. Davey is at -12, Farage -13, Polanski -25 and Keir Starmer is up this week though still far at the bottom of the pack on -44.
