The unfair attacks on Xavier Becerra demand a response. I was a Deputy Attorney General when Xavier Becerra served as California’s Attorney General. And I worked alongside him when I was Planned Parenthood’s General Counsel.  

As AG, Xavier created a unit entirely focused on healthcare rights and access as he went toe-to-toe with the Trump Administration to protect Californians.

When I volunteered at the border to help reunite mothers with their caged children, Xavier Becerra went to court and successfully challenged Trump’s cruel policies.

The portrayal of Xavier Becerra in negative ads is false.  The real Xavier Becerra is smart, strategic, and strong.

These are Libyan-Jewish survivors of the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp returning home after the liberation of the camp. The Inscriptions on the train reads "Going Home" and "To Tripoli."
As soon as they returned, 140 Jews were murdered and hundreds were injured in a pogrom in Tripoli. A dozen more were murdered in a smaller pogrom in 1948. In 1967, massive anti-Jewish violence erupted and at least 18 Jews were murdered. Soon after, the Libyan government expelled the remaining 5,000 Jews and confiscated their property.
Today, no Jews remain in Libya and all synagogues have been repurposed to destroyed.
