This wasn’t an oracle manipulation issue—Pyth’s prices remained accurate throughout.

The problem was a timing discrepancy in how price updates were pushed on-chain via the Scheduler, affecting how Morpho ingested the data.

Pyth is a permissionless, on-demand oracle, meaning anyone can update feeds on-chain at any time. Meaning that if the vault manager (or the protocol, in some cases) had run its own/extra scheduler to trigger price updates themselves, this issue could have been avoided.
