@united legit ruined my one day off in over a month! Its 6:33pm & after another 2 hour phone call, I’m still at the airport. The agent on the phone says my suitcase was rush shipped & here in Chicago. ANOTHER LIE! The agent at the desk says it is still in Madison. #UnitedArlines
