@MartinSLewis Is it just me, or is it totally unreasonable that Ryanair don’t offer basic refunds on errors during their booking process.
We booked 2x20kg bags for 4 people instead of 1. Happy for an admin fee but how can they refuse to refund a simple error which cost £400!

How is it possible that if you make a mistake on Ryanair’s website & buy a bag too many they will not offer a refund? Flight is 6 months away so no issue for them, they can charge an admin fee, no problem but not interested.
