@EastMidRailway what is going on with your trains lately. So many cancelled today, then hopped on what was supposed to be the faster train to Bedford tonight yet we’re crawling No update from staff onboard. Supposed to be in Bedford in 2 mins and we’re still near Radlett.
@EastMidRailway Still no excuse for lack of communication to customers on board. I used to rate @EastMidRailway over @TLRailUK but it seems they’ve upped their game and your company has let things slide. Disappointing. It’s not about the money it’s about customer experience
When you’ve waited well over 8 weeks for a response that should have taken 20 days, when they’ve promised 3 deadlines and failed to meet them, and you finally get a reply but you can’t open it because they haven’t allowed shared access. Always failing @NNorthantsC

@GillianKeegan please help highlight the failing of @NNorthantsC who think it’s acceptable to ignore parents of send children. Child has not been in education for 12 months and can not get hold of anyone at the council. Complaints are ignored just as much as any contact

@NNorthantsC 1st complaint investigated by the person complaint was about, escalated this, and now missed deadlines 3 times and now back to ignoring me, and still ignorance form EHC team too, my daughter still not in education after 12 months. Not good enough! @NTelegraph
@NTelegraph why arent you interested in a story about the failings of northants council and children needing EHCplans completed?? I’ve emailed the editor and had no response. So many children failed and not recieving education, because of delays and ignorance from the LA
@StagecoachMids Thanks that’s great but for a mother of a child with anxiety, she relies on the app to know when the bus is coming, so she knows if she I’ll be on time or late for school. Can this error be looked into by IT as a matter of urgency.
@StagecoachMids can you let me know why the 50 rushden-bedford is saying it no longer runs on mon and Tue? Many children rely on this service for school/college which start back this week
@StagecoachMids This was on the moovit app but your app also doesn’t show times for mon/tues was the same on bank holiday mon so my child assumed it wasn’t running. This needs to be addressed as many use the app for confirmation as bus is always late.
