Sorry this took so long to be written here. But due to the intense physical labor I did yesterday around the yard. When I came in all I could do was eat a little something and to lay down and fall asleep almost instantly. But here goes my commentary which I might have to break up a bit due it's length; This might be news to some of you but some of you already know. The image of Trump is being put on a one-dollar gold coin. This can be debatable whether it's legal or not. According to Thayer amendment and the President One dollar coin act no living President also no living government official can be place on bonds and other currencies. There are exceptions to the rule where Congress ( which has not granted this coin minting) or the US mint can grant the likeness of a sitting government person that is not part of the regular currencies, but a commemorative coin is legal. Since the Secretary of the Treasury as ok it (Scott Bessent) it is legal. But his reasonings I question. He has stated that it's enduring legacy of liberty, patriotism, and the strength of American patriotism and the preserving freedom for all. My question is how the sitting President symbolizes all of this? First off he deployed the National Guard to help put an end to the high crime rates in certain cities. Whereas a whole the crime rate has been at its lowest rate in years and why only in cities where the Democrats are in power. The answer is basically intimidate the people of these cities. Second how he wields ICE to round up illegal immigrants (some of which are American citizens but because of their skin color look like illegals) But I say over 90% of them are here for one reason the same reason our forefathers came here. That simply reason is for a better life than what they had elsewhere. Also how many have died in detention 36 in 2025; 18 in the first four months of 2026. Why has this happened- due to overcrowding, insufficient medical treatment and unsafe conditions. In our regular prisons yes, overcrowding is prevalent , but medical treatment is always there, unsafe conditions are at a bare minimum. How many deaths in the field of operation has ICE caused 30 in 2025 around 15 in 2026. how have they been done- some are unknown, some by shooting, some by drowning and others due to fatal car crashes all of them by the hands of ICE.I also want to mention 4 names here- Kieth Porter shooting, Renee Good shooting, Alex Pretti shooting, Dr Linda Davis fatal car crash. All of them US citizens. All of these deaths by ICE have broken the 1st and 8th amendments of the US Constitutions. This a repeated page out of history look back to Nineteen thirties Germany. All of these are a result of Trump's racist mass deportation. Here something else to consider: the rise in the cost of living has risen only a Mear 2.8 % but wages have gone up only0.8 %. The cost of gas an ave of 4 dollars before the war with Iran 2.99, the cost of health care 6 to 7 %, the cost of utilities 9.5 %, the cost of food3.1 % auto and home insurance up 20 %, the cost per household for tariffs 760 dollars this year alone. How has his tariffs affected us the rise in consumer goods, increased business costs, provoked retaliation from other counties ( which is happening now since more and more counties are seeking other markets to buy commodities that they once bought from the US) the overall economic efficiency, Now the American Farmers are taking the brunt of the tariffs with higher costs of the running a farm and loss of market for their produce leading to a loss in profits. As of 2025 315 farms had to file for bankruptcies up 46 % from past years. As of the first 4 months of 2026 158 farms has filed for bankruptcies. Trump maybe considered a War Criminal . The bombing of civilian power is a war crime the bombing of the infrastructure is a war crime Through his rhetoric of bombing them back to the stone age he has committed a war crime. The act of bombing nonmilitary targets done by both the US and Israel of hospitals, schools and residential buildings is a war crime. Trump has also broken the US military law (Uniform Code of Military Justice) or the War Act 1973. By asking the military to indiscriminately bomb Iran. He has either broken or al edge two have broken the US CONSTITION at least 6 times. Throughout his life he has 400 court cases against him and 100 of them have been since he has been in office and all of these 100 are in federal court. In the state of New York, he has 34 felonies against him. In other words, he's a convicted felon. So again, I have to ask the question as to why this person is being honored this way

Just read: Finding that on December 19, 2023 by the Colorado Supreme Court found by his actions Donald Trump had engaged by his actions an insurrection leading up to and on 6 January 2021, and therefore was ineligible to run for President under section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment of the US Constitution. So why HELL is he our sitting President? One response from a friend " That's because CONGRESS won't do anything " To that I say it's time to get rid of everyone in Federal government and I mean all three branches. But let's do this peacefully. Get out and vote for different representatives . ask and seek a change in our government through nonviolent means.

to the senior citizens who are forgotten to the school children that are bullied or just ignored because they are different or to anyone who has felt lost alone or afraid alone lost alone forgotten afraid no one to hear me weep through the night forgotten with no one to hear my dreams memories wisdom shoved and pushed into the darkest corners of humanity a child longer wanted an elder no longer respected alone forgotten afraid with on one to hear me weep through the night the people who see me turn their backs on me and slowly walk away they don't know the hurt or the pain of loneliness alone forgotten afraid to the ones who read this. i hope you'll reach out when you find a person like this. a simple act of kindness will go along way
