@BondoraConnor@mlbtraderumors That would be a good fit, and maybe shake Lane Thomas loose as a RH OF bat with pop. Deal Rincones, Aroon Escobar and maybe a lower level prospect.
@howardeskin@Wawa Usually because they charge the same for cash and credit, which outside of PA are different but in PA, it makes no sense. Especially for lower quality gas.
@LFFStadium Disgraceful how slow security lines were to get in after bad traffic. I have seen much better with all eagles fans piling in at once. And open the gates so people can leave. 45 minutes of forcing people to funnel through a single exit is laughable. Do better.
@AlexBoiko88@AnthonyMingioni Luchanko blows. He's a fourth line center at best. Has speed but no offensive game, no hands. Biggest waste of pick in the rebuild.
@JHallNBCS Made 2nd round because Pens stink, and the issue is improvement by team right behind them. Barring getting a better option at 1C, drastic improvement in PP and on D required.
@fllou222@JHallNBCS Luchanko, Nesbitt, and Berglund all project as 3/4 C. Zegras a stretch as a 2C barring drastic improvement on faceoffs. Konecny and Tippett should flip.
@Sportsguy20222@JameyBaskow Not having a legit center or top d-man definitely limits their growth potential. And given other teams' improvement, would it be helpful to miss the playoffs for a pick in the teens? Doubtful. I agree don't waste it, but improvement up the middle and PP is crucial to growth.
@TheLibertyYell I get the concept. I would like to understand how they resolve the overwhelming number of wingers with all healthy. And while Zegras is good, top line center, nope. Bad on draw. 2C is who? Dvorak, Barkey? Coots 3C or wing? Acciari 4C? PP fix?
@PHLY_Sports It depends, probably better while costs are running high, but a lot depends on the reason, if it is cost, fine. Is it overvaluing their own "talent" or insisting on Flyers type guys that have led to 15 years of bad hockey.
@Mikefishx3@B_Sommermann The plan is to pray and hope one of Berglund, Nesbitt or Luchanko can become a serviceable 2C (unlikely) or to overpay to fill the gap. They would need a lot of luck to find a top pair defenseman as well. Team full of top six wings, third and fourth centers with 3rd pair dmen.
@JameyBaskow There is no point making a deal then, the whole point to acquiring a proven commodity is to play them with their kids. If those second and third tier guys have no trade value, then they would be doomed anyway.
