@Methodz Gonna have to start taking Magnesium Melatonin. Make sure you not taking melatonin to begin with long time use affects your body’s ability to produce melatonin on its own. If your smoking weed as well it can affect your rem sleep. Hope this helps

I do agree with you as a competitor there isn’t much. But as a previous cod player find some alternatives Cod has been horrible.
