Do you scan Achilles ruptures? 🤔🦵

Achilles tendons rarely snap cleanly — they usually fail longitudinally, so “gap measurements” can be subjective.

I focus less on gap size and more on tendon approximation at neutral & 20° PF (transverse), plus Kager's fat pad encroachment.
