I found the issue basically web server is overloaded with traffic and some people are unable to connect and the game crashes. If you keep trying you might get into the game. You need to connect only once per app version.

The update is still crashing for some users. Unfortunately, any new update will take minimally 3 or 4 days minimum. Or I can roll back the update but it would require reinstallation and that might delete your worlds if you don't do it properly. I'm working on it.

A new update went live. New maps were added. The update is unstable and there are a lot of users having issues getting into the game + crashing. I'm working on it.
