We can make assumptions about people all we want to, but I’m talking about this driving. It didn’t have any more chance of a crash than another 4 minute drive.

One sip of wine doesn’t get you under the influence, nor does it even get into your bloodstream until 10 minutes later. On a 4 minute drive you literally feel nothing.

@ssbMekk The only crime was the fact that the container was open in the car. What he did wasn’t dangerous. His BAC was 0.00 while he was operating the vehicle. I’m not saying what he did is perfectly fine, but the idea that he was doing something highly dangerous is overblown.

@newtypejd @tafokints @FendrickLamar Bro think about it independently. What is dangerous here? Is the concern around his BAC level? Because it’s literally 0.00 since that was his only sip and alcohol doesn’t immediately absorb into your bloodstream. His driving is just as safe as anyone’s still.
