The runners spent 12-14 hours on the road everyday, covering over 90 kilometres per day. The race started at the Kagitumba border post near Uganda and ended last night at the Ruhwa border post near Burundi. Congratulations to Luke and Elliot!

Two @GWR endurance runners, Luke Forelle and Elliot Berenger from the US and Canada have set the fastest record for racing from the northernmost point to the southernmost point of Rwanda on foot. They ran for 5 days covering a total distance of 500 kilometers.
