I am so happy ke Motswana. The men at home know to help out and ease the pressure. They are always thoughtful and kind and are able to reprimand one another. The only exception is usually if you’re elderly or a child otherwise we work very well together and that is beautiful 💛

There is never any power in Motswedi and Borakalalo villages in the North West. On a "good" day we have 5 steady hours of power! @Eskom_SA it wasn't like this before. Something is going wrong. People need fridges in this weather. Not just for food but some lifesaving medications.

Almost 4 days with no power now. Anyway, if you really want to piss off City Power call center staff, ask them questions like; how can I escalate? When would be the best time to follow up? Anything to do with processes or procedure really sets them off. Your tears are guaranteed.
