Anyone who imposes and forces their ideas on you without listening to yours is a bad customer.
Don't "ask" bad customers. They don't understand courtesy & manners. They only see what's in it for them. Bad customers must be told.

Of course, don't be an a-hole. No one likes a-holes. Don't be greedy or arrogant either.
Earning the trust of a bad client is equally as important as setting boundaries w/them.
Make calculated moves and be flexible.
You're good at what you do but you're not the greatest.
