Changes need to be made to the MOU. Sent to President Trump and VP Vance:

A. On Point 1: “Including Lebanon” should be amended: Iran agrees to immediately stop funding, training and providing material support for Hezbollah, Hamas, and the other terror groups that are Islamic regime proxies embedded outside of Iran. Iran must remove Hezbollah from Lebanon, which represents a security threat to Lebanon, Israel and Syria, three sovereign nations.

B. On Point 2. “Both sides also commit to refraining from interfering in each other's internal affairs.” There must be a clause included: However, Iran agrees to the immediate cessation of internationally defined human rights violations of Iranian citizens, including: Ending the regime’s policy of abusing, imprisoning and executing Iranian citizens for peacefully protesting. Iran must end the practice of blackmailing imprisoned citizens at sham trials, forcing them to sign documents confessing to crimes against G-d and the State, and forcing parents of executed Iranians to sign documents confessing to crimes against the State, before their child’s body will be released for burial.

C. On Point 8. “On-site down-blending” of nuclear materials is not recommended by the Nuclear Regulatory Agency, specifically because the nuclear materials can be reconstituted. Nuclear materials need to be removed from Iran.

D. On point 9. “Pending the final deal, both sides agree to maintain the status quo, with Iran keeping the current status of its nuclear program in place.” That is a glaring problem, since its nuclear program includes an aggressive enrichment program to build nuclear bombs. Either the wording must be changed to clarify exactly what this means, or Point 9 must be deleted.
