I've been coaching Marco on and off for a few years.
He came to me because he wasn't happy with his reflection in the mirror.
He had a poor diet, drank alcohol daily, no energy, and couldn't see a way out of his nightmare.
His body and mental health reflected his lifestyle, and he felt like a shadow of his former self.

You’re a unique snowflake.
A coach isn’t there to provide you with all the answers.
You have to become your own coach to succeed.
A coach is there to guide and provide insights.
But they can’t give you all the answers.
There’s an infinite amount of ways to achieve a result.
The coaches job is to tease out what’s best for you given your situation.
Have you noticed how most health influencers that push a calorie deficit and disregard food quality all have bad skin, carry excessive body fat, and are constantly bashing other creators to get ahead?
You need to be following a training program if you want to see results.
At least get a free one from Google or AI.
It’ll be quite shit but way better than what you’re doing now.
Consistency is what's holding you back from achieving your goals.
Here's why 99% find it difficult to stay consistent:
1. They don't have an emotional reason for wanting to achieve their goal.
2. They don't have a system that makes life easier.
3. They have no accountability around their goals and who they want to become.
4. Their identity doesn't match the person they need to be to achieve.
Outcome Goals:
“See my abs”
“Add 10kg to my squat”
“Lose 5kg”
Process Goals:
“Walk every morning”
“Add protein to every meal”
“Commit to a strength program”
Habits compound up and down.
- Scrolling first thing
- Skipping workouts
- Ordering food in
- Procrastinating
You cement a low standard of being in that's hard to undo.
Your life shouldn't feel like an uphill battle.
Yes, motivation can be fleeting.
And discipline is necessary to get it done at times.
But, not all the time.
Here's a slightly different perspective on motivation to most:
Doing more of what matters to you and your future gives you endless motivation.
You don't need discipline to pursue a life that you love.
Figure out what you value.
Connect to it daily.
Build a life around it.
