@Don_K_Williams Everyone playing in a World Cup is a "superior athlete". I didn't find them to be technically deficient at all. Especially in the more open areas of the field. I actually thought it was the opposite. Where they fell short was their creativity around the penalty area all tourney.

A player will ONLY be offside if he has FULLY passed the last defender, so it won't be decided based on a body part anymore.

D1 coaches are typically recruiting a handful of players each year
They get the choice of 1000’s upon 1000’s of players from the across the globe contacting them and available to them to choose from, many of whom are from professional level academies or even national teams

Unless your profile stands out, it’s going to be really difficult to play at a D1 school

Don’t get me wrong, there are exceptions, but I’m hearing too many families say D1 or nothing for their children who aren’t the profile that would be given the chance, with what is continuously available to them
I want people to be realistic

Playing College soccer at ANY level, is a privilege, but also will get you seen by the pro ranks IF you are good enough

If you ever want any advice with your child please don’t hesitate to ask.
We believe in helping because one day, you may just refer us to someone who needs our services
